An Email from Ms Tay, to us all.
Dear Alumnae of SMSB,I am very sorry for writing this note to you only at this time but I would really like to say a VERY BIG THANK YOU for taking part in the concert. I must say your item was one of the highlights of the concert. We received very positive feedback from school staff and parents for the concert, especially for your item.I am sure you would have heard from Shu Feng, that our VP thought very highly of your item and she even asked if you all would be keen to have a concert of your own next year.Mrs Tan, the principal even requested for the current main band to practice Merry Widow for the Annual Speech Day and Cluster Arts Festival.That goes to show how well you all had performed.
Thank you for taking time off to stay back till late at night to practice for the concert and I apologize for not being able to stay for your sessions. The enthusiasm that was put in was indeed commendable.I hope this teamspirit and tradition will continue to show, through your support of any future POLKA! concerts.
